By accessing or using LastPaper ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account.
- One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be suspended.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder
- Upload false, misleading, or irrelevant content
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to download papers in bulk
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Harass, abuse, or spam other users via comments or messages
- Resell or commercially redistribute papers downloaded from the Platform
3. Content & Uploads
- By uploading a paper, you confirm that you have the right to share it or that it is
in the public domain / available for educational use.
- We review all uploads before publishing. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or
modify any content at our discretion.
- You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant LastPaper a non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Platform.
4. Points & Rewards
- Points are earned by uploading approved papers and engaging with the Platform.
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time.
- Abuse of the points system (fake uploads, manipulation) may result in account suspension.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Paid plans provide additional download limits and premium features.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, unless required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change plan prices; existing subscribers will be notified
in advance.
6. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or quality of any uploaded paper
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That papers will match any specific exam syllabus or pattern
Use the papers for study reference only. We are not responsible for exam outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastPaper and its team shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms,
with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes
are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
